Acrochethandmade.it is aimed at the user who declares to be of age and undertakes to read and accept the conditions of sale shown on this page.

Registration
In order to purchase, registration is required and the customer agrees to enter correct data.
Only the information necessary for mutual contact is required, committing ourselves to processing such data in full respect of privacy.
The account is activated after the insertion of personal data. The staff reserves the right to cancel the account if the customer does not respect the terms and conditions on this page revoking the right to use the services offered at any time and without notice.
Prices and taxes

All prices are VAT included (VAT 22%)
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prejudice to the fact that they will always be correctly entered and visible, and that all orders already confirmed will not be subject to price changes.

Complaints and returns
RETURNS
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned and can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
 
In accordance with EU rules, the RETURN is free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the product, the consumer only pays the cost of shipping related to the product.
The label on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.
Goods on sale can be returned, within 7 days of purchase, and we can give you a voucher or a replacement (size or different model), you cannot receive a refund.
Custom Orders cannot be returned or refunded.
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Only shipping costs for Acrochet products returned are paid for by the customer.
Acrochethandmade.it  reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or in any case not compliant with all the conditions provided. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
For online purchases, Acrochet will refund the full price of the products provided they are returned undamaged by the customer, as well as accompanied by the intact label or sticker or seal and attached to the product.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for on line marketing is effective.
 
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN
To request authorization to return the article, you must access the CONTACT section or send a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address: Bertoni Jane, strada ca forcon-mezzana 296 , Caprino Veronese, Verona 37013
Once the procedure has been completed, Acrochet will send an e-mail confirmation containing the Return Authorization and the instructions to be followed for the return of article.
The goods must be sent by insured parcel ,carriage paid; ( no other  form of parcel delivery will be accepted) and Acrochet reserves the right to refuse at its discretion the return  products that do not comply with the requirements indicated above.
EXCHANGE
You can change  an item for a different size or different color, only if available.  Please bear in mind that these are hand made items and exact copies cannot be guaranteed. 
 
REFUND
Acrochet will do its best to ensure a refund as soon as possible.
 
Returns on Acrochet will be processed no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date on which Acrochet was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
 
Acrochet will send an e-mail notification once the refund has been made.
 
The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.
 
For orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account.
 
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to the exchange rate fluctuation cannot be reimbursed.
